Refugee PR application including family outside Canada. Help!

Hello,

I had my refugee hearing in October 2015 and claim was granted. Now I want to apply for PR and include my family. My question is one of the childrens passport EXPIRES in May 2016.

I want to include them on the PR application to be processed with me. Do I need to get a new passport first or I can go ahead and apply with the one we have. Please help. Thank you.

sir. Doesn't matter if you send a current photocopy of your son after that when you have ready new pp then inform to cic immigration officer . Don't worry . My caws was same and I do that . My case was also refugee . One other thing if you wanna did not show up this pp of your son then just send a pho copy of your birth certificate of your son with PR application , because when your family visa will ready then cic demand you your son pp. then you sent him new pp. ok .
