I assume you both have Indian passports. If so, you will need a visitor visa in advance if you want to come to Canada. No airline will let you board a flight without a visa. Information on how to obtain the visa and the application forms are provided in the link below. In order to be approved for a visa, you will have to prove you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans to stay in Canada long term. (You obviously plan to do the opposite.)

There are also a few ways in which you can claim refugee status while outside of Canada. I'm not familiar with these processes and hopefully someone else will be able to comment.

Whatever route you choose, you should make sure you retain as much hard evidence as you can that proves your lives are in danger and supports your refugee claim.

Thanks for your reply scylla. I have already applied for the visitor visa 1 time and got rejected. And How can I show the ties in my home country, I mean by what means.

What what proof we have to gather that our life is in danger. My wife's family are not gonna testify that they are gonna kill us. Please let me know how can we gather evidence in this case and make our case strong. We are genuine couple and have full right to live. I have no expectation with the Indian Government as they all are bloody corrupt and If in any case I filed a complaint then It will take years to even get those them in court. And after that also we will have to pay lac's of Rupees in order to get protection from police who are again corrupt and not trustable. I dont want to be hurt the third time. I have already lost my tooth and I now i don't want to lose my any body part or myself and same condition is with my wife too. PLEASE HELP YOU GUYS. I DONT KNOW WHERE TO GO.

Ties to your home country are things such as:
- proof of land/property
- proof of assets/bank accounts
- rental agreements
- proof that you are running a business there
- proof that you are attending school there
- documentation that shows you have immediate family there
- anything else that shows you plan to return to India after your trip

Ideally you should be able to show several things from the list above.

Sorry I can't be of any further help. Hopefully others will comment and good luck.

If he has all this and ties to his home country then he is really not a refugee :p
