Refugee Claimants before Dec 15 12

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know if the IRB/CIC is processing the refugee claims filed before Dec 15 2012? I am really worried that IRB/CIC is only focusing on the new system and forgotten about legacy claimans

Im not sure but i think all applications going on same way coz i have send my application on july 2012
and i haven't recived anything till then... Any advice ?

Thanks for the reply John, do you know anyone who submitted their document before Dec 15th and their hearing date is set? I know i might not be able to get my correct answer but we can do a statistics in here

So, since submiting PIF u are waiting for hearing for more than 1.5years? Did u check with IRB your file?

I claimed refugee in Nov 2011 and received a letter to show up for hearing in Oct 2012,however they postponed my hearing date ten minutes before the interview start.
And i'm still waiting for them to reschedule it
It has been five months so far
In total 15 months .

Syrian-g I hope you u get u r hearing soon. I understand most of the Refugee claimants are not here for fun, however the perception of society seems otherwise I may be wrong

Oh yea i'm having so much fun that i start losing my hair and looking older than what acutally i am .
My last year was just like a person living in a dark closed room and when the door was about to open , they shut it back and locked it . This is basically the fun that i am having.

yes, i m waiting for 1.5 year . my lawyer hasn't said anything about that for now.

I feel very weak! our status is unknown therefore nobody hear our voices. Nobody care for us! I feel this is unfair that there are thousands of Legacy Refugee Claimants waiting for their hearing while the new Refugee Claimants gets their hearing in a matter of two months

ooh people dont worry there are alot ofppl who r waiting .. even if u came on 14th dec. before one day u hav to wait... i came 15th january 2013 and got my refugee claim accepted on 15th march. 2 months straight. new policy is awesome.

Its called "alopecia areata " you guys need to do anything to relax cuz you maight lose all of your hair
Nothing more importent than your health
stress can lead to many problems like cancer
