Refugee claimants and Express Entry

Just want to know if I withdraw a refugee claim and still be eligible for express entry. I got a better opportunity to work in a different country other than my own and would like to go there to reunite with family as I can bring my family there quickly and then plan to apply through express entry. Would I be eligible to apply for express entry then?

yes if you leave Canada and apply for express entry. Travelling to visit or on a work/study permit will likely be problematic.
