I applied Refugee internally within Canada and get approved. I haven't put my common law partner in my initial refugee claim as she doesn't need refugee protection. However, I am planning to include my partner in my PR process(PR process for Protected Person). Can I do that way?

Ok so they can be included as part of your PR. What is their current status in Canada because it could be years before they get PR.Yes . As a family member not a person seeking asylym. I did put it in Family Member.
