Refugee Claimant Medical Exam for work permit

I have been a refugee claimant since August 2018. My work permit expires in 2 months. Do I need to do the medical exam again to renew the work permit? How much does it cost to complete the medical exam again?

just attach the old medical. We being doing it since october 2017 and never requested a new medical. So go for the old one. That will be ok.
