I am a refugee claimant in Ontario Canada and I want to apply for open work permit.Kindly guide me how can I apply online ?

Could anyone plz guide me about how to apply for open work permit as refugee claimant using GC key account.I can't find the option of open work permit in the account.I would really appreciate your help.

Thank you so much.I have filled all the required forms but I don't know where to upload it.When I login at CIC GC key,I can't find any tab where I can upload the form.Please let me know if anyone know about it.
