I will apply refugee as an international student.
Can I keep my existing work permit and continue to work untill a new one come?

I will apply for a new work permit when I submit a refugee claim and I want to keep working.

You can continue working as long as you remain in school full time.

hi how long did it take for your work permit to arrive? did you have to disclose to employer that you claimed refugee? thx

It can take up to many months. You don’t have to disclose to your employer but you will have to stop working until you receive a valid WP.
