I'm Refugee claimant and i got a job. Now my employer is ready to help me with the PR. what will be the possible way to get the PR without the refugee way. Please guide me the possibilities.

It's not possible from within Canada because of your refugee claim. You would need to leave Canada and apply from outside of Canada.

People need to realize that applying for asylum can not be taken lightly. Seems like many may be applying to secure a WP or assuming this will be a fast process and don’t seem to realize the significant longterm implications.
