She can be included if she is 21 years old or less
And for her to grant a Pr she needs at least 2-2.5 years then she can sponsor you also another 2 years

What is the process.. she just gets a protected person status? Can someone explain please
If you and your gf live together for over a year you become common law and she is no longer a dependent of her mother. Hearings are taking between 1-2 years at the moment. If she gets approved then she has to apply for PR which is another 2.5 years and after that her dependents will be given visas. Your gf is looking at 3-4 years before she may be able to come to Canada. If she is approved it would take her 1 year to sponsor you once you are eligible for spousal sponsorship.

Currently what and when I should expect to hear from them?
