My previous company has informed me that they do not disclose financial information in the work Reference letter. As an alternate, Can I show my bank accounts statements when my payroll was deposited?

if it’s too many salary slips, maybe if you have the annual compensation letter . Since it’s the previous job, It’s ok to given annual documents instead of detailed.

offer letter (salary break up) or a hike letter AND annual compensation letter /or your full and final settlement letter would be enough.
