Referral (eligibility interview for asylum case)

Hello everyone,
I came to Canada with my family through USA land border on May 29th/2022 and the CBSA didn’t inform or provide any info/document on the next steps or the interview for eligibility to get the ID (brown paper), kindly need to know the process here and how to follow up with the concerned department?
