Hello Guys

I have received an invitation from Ontario and hence trying to gather all documents. I received reference letter from my current employer to whom I have neither intimated my interest to immigrate to Canada nor I think I can. I had chosen NOC code 2174 while filling up the application and my reference letter from the current company states as below,

"Team members in this position analyze, design, build, test and/or implement infrastructure hardware, software or other infrastructure components for projects or service requests. Ensure implementations meet architectural and operational requirements and perform to expectations. Develop expertise in an architecture platform and infrastructure services and contributes to life cycle management and operational health of the platform and performs these activities following company's standards and processes.

Employee's responsibilities also include:

1. Design, construct, test, and implement infrastructure components that meet the specifications of the project or service request.

2. Identifies and escalates issues that impact infrastructure and application performance.

3. Adheres to standards and best practices, processes, and deliverables in accordance with company's standards.

4. Participates in the design, life cycle management, and total cost of ownership of platforms,
applications and infrastructure services."

Also since I work on-shore, my manager thought I need this letter to travel. Hence she gave me this employment verification letter with an ending paragraph that says,

"Following [Name]'s travel, [Company Name] expects him to re-enter the country and resume his services with our company."

In the past I have worked with two more companies for 7 years in total. In those reference letters I'd be able to include the job duties of NOC 2174 in a proper manner.

So please suggest, if my current employer Reference Letter is okay to proceed with since it can't be changed.
