Reference letters

Hello Im posting this here so that somebidy can hopefully help me out.

I received my ITA last month, I have been working on getting my reference letters however none of my employers has given me the letter in the format they ask. All my experience has been in large companies such as Starbucks, Nike and American Eagle as a Store manager All the recruitment done for those positions is always posted online and they include a job decription. can I take the job description off the official website and attach it to my reference letters?

Please have an LOE explaining on why you are unable to provide reference letters. Attach any communication emails if you have with the HR/Manager.

Try getting the reference letter with the job profile signed by a senior colleague with a copy of their business card. Attach your offer letter, salary slips if possible and attaching pdf of the job description is also something people do.

You can get a reference letter from a colleague as well. The reference letter would have to be notarised, though.
