I am a little confused with what jobs I should supply reference letters for. Is it correct that I only need to provide reference letters for the employment that I listed for points (ie. the jobs that apply to the relevant NOC code that I applied under). Some people have told me that I have to supply reference letters for the past 10 years of employment (ie. all jobs). I don't believe this to be correct. Can someone please confirm?
Also for one of my reference letters, I worked 3 roles for this employer. Two apply to the NOC code that I listed in my application and I have a reference letter for both. However, I read that a reference letter requirement is to list all jobs for that employer. Job 3 was not related to the NOC, therefore my old supervisor was not the supervisor. Can I supply a letter from HR that shows all three and the position description for job 3 to show that it was not NOC related - or do all three have to go on the reference letter.
