Hey guys,

I have worked for an year with usually 44 hours+, so it included over time pretty much every week. So, my T4 is showing more income then I was supposed to. Do my reference letter need to say about this overtime or LOE will be fine in such case?. I have read from other threads that saying "minimum off 44 hrs per week with more hours often" but wasn't sure.

Thanks in advance.

1. Immaterial, as long as you worked 30 hours per week, every week for a year, IRCC doesn't care how many you worked after the 30 hours.

Hey,

Thanks for helping.

Could you please help me on this too?
I also had 3 months work experience for which I got the reference letter & T4 but misplaced ROE. Shoud I get it from online or I won't need it as I have T4?.

Thanks in advance:)

The ROE is helpful if you have part-time or variable hours; downloading it from Service Canada is quite OK. Otherwise the T4 is sufficient.

I see, I had fixed hours which i guess t4 earnings can reflect by doing calculation of hrs per week & my wage per hour. So, i will go with reference letter & T4.
