In order to get the reference letter, I approached my second last company. That company has moved all their employees to the new company's payroll in 2017. Now, when approached them, they provided the reference letter on the letter head of the old company with which I worked - This company is not active, not doing any business, but has not been closed on papers. And the reference letter have been provided to me by the company HR and signed by her.
Now, the letter head of the company contains phone no (cell no- active- without the name of the owner) , landline no(which is not active), email address such xyz@admin.in( not active) . So, I spoke to the owner of the company, he said, don't mention the company has been closed. It is not closed. just say that company didn't do good business. And he said, that he will provide all the information email id (his personal) and his dad's email id (company is on his dad's name).
Now how do I produce this information to the CIC. As I have the reference letter (which is still open but not doing any business , also, the company is no longer on that address, if anything in that letter head is active that is the cell no of my owner of the company).And this reference letter would work? Do I need to attach statutory document or ,LOE ( Letter of explanation). If statutory Document, then do I sign it to on my own or by some other person, If so whom?
