• Letter must have the company name, logo, contact details, website etc.
• Written on the company letterhead and dated
• Signed by the authorized signatory only and stamped
• Period of employment (start and end date)
• Duration of each position held during the tenure
• Main job responsibilities and duties must directly correlate to the select NOC
o don’t copy paste the NOC tasks in the letter instead explain how you performed those using technical terms and action words
o don’t explain about the duties or make a statement
o don’t explain about your proficiency, this can be added separately as achievement or competency in your field.
• Total salary in each position
• Total no. of hours of work per week
• Whether it is full or part time job
• Whether it is permanent or temporary
