Reference letter query

Do we need to list individual roles and responsibilities for each held positions.

Eg if senior engineer then roles and responsibilities for that and then for specialists another roles and responsibilities. Or can we get it like.. Roles a d responsibilities in all the positions held were same?

Im asking for noc code 21223.
