Reference letter - previous employers

Hello friends,

For application under CEC, the ask is to provide letters of reference from my past and current employers for the past 3 years. What if I'm employed with one company for last 6 years and before that I worked with two more companies for a duration of 2 years each. Do I still need to furnish the letter from my previous employers? I guess not but still want to confirm with the experts here.

No, since you've been there fr 6 yrs. If over the 6 yrs you held different positions, the letter should clearly state that as well as main duties for each position.

Related question,

I just received a letter from a previous employer (skill level c). It only mentions the dates I worked, my wage and total hours; duties are not mentioned. Should i write the duties on a separate sheet?

Yes, and also explain that it is all the employer provided.
