From my current role, I can show a reference letter along with paystubs. But for my previous role, which is my primary NOC and will decide my application, I only have the reference letter. My question is, will that suffice? It is a small company but the reference letter is exactly as per the CIC instructions with all the details, and they can even call up the company and confirm. Should I be worried because I haven't got pay stubs or offer letter etc.?
Any cases where only the reference letter has resulted in a successful application?
