Reference letter NoC confusion

Hello,

I am a CEC applicant, I just got my reference letter, and found the duties and responsibilities are written in manner than its difficult for me now to prove that I am working in NOC "B" , And employer refuse to change it anyhow...!! Is it necessary for me to submit reference letter even if I have paystubs, employment offer, T4, ad original job posting?
