Dear visacommunity, hope this mail finds you well.

I wanted to have your input regarding something I've done when I applied.

My boss and hr department have been really cooperative in my case and gave me all needed document and I've wrote myself my reference letter.

Instead of listing my tasks, we decided to put the following statement.

The administration and HR team hereby declare that the work experience of xx yy is aligned with the description of the NOC number 1123 and fulfilled those task proactively.

Is it enough or would it be better to list some tasks?

Thank you in advance for your help

You should list the actual duties you performed in the reference letter. That way CIC can verify themselves that you are not applying under the wrong NOC code.

As per Canada.ca:

The following documents are mandatory for each work experience declared:
a reference or experience letter from the employer, which:
  • should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits; and
