Hello Friends,

I have got my ITA and currently in the document collection stage. Here is my situation.

  • Company A - 2 years 4 months
    • Offer letter
    • last 6 months pay slips
    • Full and final settlement letter
    • Service certificate
    • Release certificate
    • A generic roles and responsibilities letter (no split up based on positions held within the company)
    • One revised compensation letter
  • Company B - 3 years 10 months
    • Offer Letter
    • Relieving letter
    • Experience letter
    • Generic Roles and Resp letter (no split up based on positions held within the company)
    • Rejection email from HR when i asked for split up of Roles and Resp
    • Close to 2 years of payslips and full and final settlement letter
    • One promotion letter ( This is the one I had saved with me. I could not get others from company as they refused to give )
  • Company C - 1 year 5 months
    • Offer letter
    • Payslips - last 8 months
    • Salary certificate
    • Service Certificate
    • Roles and Responsibilities - Signed by Manager
    • Promotion letter
    • Revised compensation letter
Both in Company A and B - My previous managers are scared to give me detailed Roles and responsibilities letter based on my designations over a period of time. In fact they are so scared ,they think that they may loose their job since they checked with HR if they can sign such letters , and HR said NO (as expected)

Company B R&R has only this much :

He assisted with the analyzing of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepared fiowcharting, performed coding and tested/debugged programs. Developed conversion and system implementation plans. Recommended changes to development, maintenance and system standards.

Are proofs what ever I have sufficient or do you suggest anything more. Please let me know.

Would the HR provide detailed responsibilities without any liability? If not get a peer to help you get the experienced letter notarised
