reference letter help

hello,
i have a reference letter from my company and i just wanted to know if it has enough information about my duties etc.

My NOC is 2173 (software engineer)
and i probably will not be able to send my application this year, so im getting ready for express entry.

are those details about my work experience enough or should i tell them to add more details?

i hide the details for security.
