Reference Letter Format for Test Analyst/Test Engineer role in 2173 code

Hai Guys,

I am working as Test Analyst role and planning to apply for Canada PR visa. I need the format of reference letters which are adhered to the roles and responsibilities of the occupation code 2173. Can any one send me the sample template of the tester/test analyst profile referemce letters so that i can proceed with collecting those from my ex employeers.
