Reference letter for Patni computers.

Hi guys,

I worked in Patni computers, India nine years back. Patni was acquired by iGATE and later on by Capgemini. My relieving letter says Igate Patni and that is what I mentioned in my PR application. Has anyone received reference letters from Capgemini for Patni with job decription? Any contact info or directions to proceed further will be helpful

I worked for a company in the US that was acquired twice while I was working there. When I submitted my application, the most recent parent company was listed on the letter, so I also attached a few screenshots of news reports that mentioned both acquisitions, along with the press releases that were published at the time. In my LoE, I explained that my company was acquired twice. I didn't have any issues.

The Patni->Igate->CapG acquisition was also big enough to make the news (I just googled it), so you can also do the same. It shouldn't be an issue.
