Reference Letter for LMIA job

I'm wondering if the reference letter for the LMIA offered job needs to include the LMIA number?

Currently, the reference letter looks like any other regular reference letters like other jobs I had, but I want to make sure if there is any additional information required that needs to be mentioned in the reference letter.
