Reference Letter for Employment refused- urgent help

Hi,

I currently reside in Canada and working on a work permit.

I have claimed points for foreign work experience in India.

However, the India employer has refused the employment letter saying that they wont give letters for PR application.

Please guide as to what can I do? What are my alternatives?

gc_007 - This really sucks, you can attach your relieving letter/appointment letter/pay stubs. Also, adding IT return statements will strengthen your profile coz it will have employers PAN number in it.
