My manager agreed to sign my reference letter/experience certificate however he is not in the company anymore for almost 1 year. I worked under his department for 2 years till present. Is that okay to submit with his signature even if he resigned from the company? (I got company letter head by the way which he will sign)
Is there any additional documents from his side to provide and support my reference letter.
What about offer letter from the company? do I have to provide that with my manager signature also?
Is CIC will verify to call him or the company?
I kinda hesitate to asked our HR or may current manager for I know they will not agreed to sign as to what NOC format required by CIC.
