I got reference letters from my previous employers when I was applying for Aus immigration. In the body of these letters the addressal is mentioned as ' for purpose of Aus immigration'. Can I use these letters considering my prev employers take months to share letters and this might impact my crs as my age points will reduce. Pls advise.

2. My crs basis ielts clb 9 is 449. If I get my skills assessed as Masters it might goto 456. Is there a chance for EE or PNP with NoC CODE 2172.

Please suggest whether to be hopeful about Canada at all and apply for reassessment or try some other country altogether.

Your letter shouldn’t state for Aus immigration as Canada may or may not ask for different things. The Canadian letter must have salary/wages, hours per week, time employed as well as responsibilities to match your NOC. E, your score is low. PNP, right now it is low for Ontario so look at Saskatchewan but may be low too.
