Hi All,

What kind of checks do they do for the reference letters?

For my present job, my coworker (she is an assistant manager and a grade above me) has given me a reference letter that I got notarized. However, she will be leaving for a maternity leave by the end of this month. I am planning to sumbjt my application this weekend.

Please advice.

PS: While she will be on leave, she will nor have access to tbe company mail ID. The letter mentions her personal mail ID as well as her mobile number.

Hi,

Since her personal email and mobile number are on the reference you should be fine. She just need to remain reachable throughout the process as there is always a chance the immigration officer will want to verify your work experience.
