Dr. XXXX XXXXXX was employed full-time by XXXXXXX Corporation at XXX Pier Street, Toronto, Ontario from 01 January 2013 to 01 March 2014, in the position of XXXXXXXXXXXXX. His annual base salary on 01 March 2014 was $250,055 CAN. In addition he was on a STIP (Short-term Incentive Plan) of 25% of his base salary and a LTIP (Long-term Incentive Plan) of 20-25% of base salary. He had other standard benefits such as Disability Insurance, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Pension and 25 days paid holidays. He worked 40 hours per week.
This position was classified as an NOC 0811 position and he had the following duties and responsibilities:
• Directing a team of maintenance professionals and associates skilled in maintenance and business improvement techniques and procedures including oversight of processes, associated performance evaluations, and disciplinary measures
• Overseeing and supporting mines on maintenance and supply chain business improvements
• Developing business systems and re-engineering company-wide maintenance systems and processes
• Leading and providing oversight to annual operations review processes
• Ensuring company business systems and processes incorporate findings from internal and external sources through active benchmarking
• Creating and maintaining the annual budget for regional maintenance function while tracking performance, adjusting staffing plans, capital and operating expenses required
