Reentry visa got rejected again at China.....despering for HELPSSSSSSS

Hi Guys,

My girl friend have filed applications of re-entry visa at NY branch twice, and both were being rejected. Her study permit is valid till 2012 Nov 30th, and she has never been rejected for re-rentry visa in the past. The reasons stated on the letter are the followings:

* you have not satisfed me that you would leave canada at the end os your stay as a temporary resident.
in reaching this decision, i considered several factors, including:

- your immigration status
- your family ties in canada and in your country of residence
- length of proposed stay in canada
- purpose of visit

*other reasons: you have not demonstrated that you are in compliance with teh conditios of your study permit, and, therefore, i am not satisfied that you will comply with the conditions of re-entry into canada.


So here is my story!!

My girlfriend just left and came back to china without an re-entry visa, because she has to attend her grandma's funeral. Now she's planning to re-submit the application again in China, but I afraid that it might just get denied again because I heard that's what would happen once you get denied once.

I am just wondering if there's anything we can do to get better chances with this application, we are very panic right now because she have already paid for her summer courses and she don't want to be late for the semester.

So finally we have got the result back today, it gets down to only one reason of refusal from “four” – PURPOSE OF VISIT. Which we have found it's kind of ridiculous, my girlfriend has submitted a copy (not original copy) of the official statement from her college, stating that she has been already paid for the fees of the coming semester and also together with her report cards of last sem. We really don't know what else we can provide to fight against this stupid refusal, Can anyone please give us some HELPs!!!!!!!!

I got rejection for Jan 2014 for Dalhousie University Sad.. the reason of refusal:your proposed stdies r nt reasonable in light of 1 or more of: ur qualifications, previous stdies, employment , level of establishment, language abilities, or ur future propects and plans.
I got admission in dalhousie UNI for M.engg in internetworking. my profile is B.E (E&C) 58% (10 backlogs with repeatation) and an year gap during U.G means B.E completed in 5 years. IELTS- 6.5 (min 6 in each),also my final year project was on networking and I have also submitted a certificate from a private institute of N+, CCNA, MCSE where I have done training of these networking courses .. sufficient funds shown, but SOP was very poor... applied under university category.. now how to resolve this issue with this profile?? plz guide me, I am desparately looking for help on this as I want to re-apply soon for the same intake..

Prashant, stop spamming. YOu have posted your query in almost every thread.
