Hi I have B1/B2 US visa. I am Indian Passport holder with 10 year Canadian multiple entry visa. I entered Canada 6 months back on visit visa. Can I reenter Canada after crossing the border to US by road/land? How many months I will get upon reentering Canada at the border?

Yes, you can enter at a land border crossing. If and how long you are allowed into Canada is always up to CBSA.

Note that if you are looking to remain in Canada longer, it is much safer to apply for a visitor extension (visitor record) from within Canada instead of leaving to the US and re-entering.

You can ask for more than six months but this is not advisable under most circumstances since this makes it look like you are attempting to live in Canada on a TRV.
