It sounds like nobody is looking at your file, not like there's an issue.

If there's an issue, you get a request (from the immigration medical service via the visa office) for additional tests and/or information.

But the medical records and immigration records are kept separate, so you only see "medical results have been received" when someone enters the result code into the immigration system manually. Thus, if you aren't seeing that in the system it means nobody has pulled your medical results and entered them into GCMS (the current computer system they use).

I'd send a case-specific enquiry to the visa office and say "it's been five months since I re-did my medical, here's the receipt number/copy, can you please advise me on when these will be reflected in my online e-cas status?"

That usually encourages someone to take a look at your file.
