You can redo medical with any panel physician. Doesn't have to be same, unless the remedical letter explicitly says so. Simply take the letter and go to any panel physician approved to do medical tests for CIC.

I got asked to redo my medical exam last week. I was wondering if anyone has gotten the same request and if you sent anything to CIC after completing it.

The agent I spoke with said I do not need to send anything to CIC, but in my AIP letter (family sponsorship within Canada) it says this after medical instructions:

This must be received at this office by: 2015/04/29
All requested documents/information and a copy of this correspondence must be submitted within the timeframes specified above (formatted as “year/month/day”). If you are unable to provide any or all of the requested documents/information, please explain why they are not available. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the refusal of your application for permanent residence. Should this occur, no further consideration will be given to your request for permanent residence unless a new application, including fees, is submitted.
Please send the documents/information to:

You can go to any approved panel physician. And asking for medical means your application is at the last stage. They check medical and criminal record at very end.
