Red River College

I was checking the programs offer in Red River College and I want to apply for next year. I have my IELTS exam but is general exam I know I will need the Academic exam to apply for this program, but do I need it before submit the online application? I have a Bachellor degree, do I have to get a credential as WES? And please advise if the tution fee is included in the payment of the first year of the program? Thank you!

IELTS are required by school and they have to be academic. You only need LOA from school. But you should include your IELTS academic in your SP application since you already have it.
Generally, schools are capable of assessing your educational background with regards to their institution background but if they are not capable of doing so, they will ask for an ECA (Ex: WES, IQS, ICES, ICAS).
