Recording text through emails??

Hello there!

So I am in a bit of an odd situation here in regards to recording text messages for evanescence for our family class submission. For the about 95% of our relationship my wife have done our text messages through her texting my to email and then me responding to her phone from my email. now where the issue comes in is that every single text on both her phone and my inbox is a separate message. So I don't really want to print out 1000+ pages that have less then a sentence on them sometimes.

I have thought about screen capturing my inbox the only problem there is that it only has her messages TO me and not my responses to her's there. I already have about 200-250 regular emails printed and on the pile it is just trying to figure out this one last and very integral evidence to our relationship over the past 7 years.

I have had a very hard time trying to come up with a way to solve this issue. Someone here might have a similar experience or ideas it would be a great help!

I would send in the screen capture of the inbox. Then select a sample of texts from the length of the relationship, from both sides. Explain that the inbox only shows one side, but the samples show texts from both of you. Then add that you can print out and send them all of the texts if the visa officer needs more proof. It is unlikely that he or she will, provided that you have a lot of other evidence.
