Hello,
My parents are applying for a super visa and need PCC's. They have previously lived in Canada under a work permit from 2007-2010.
They obtained PCC's for the work permit but we do not have any hard or soft copies.
I read that PCC's from previous countries that one lived in before are valid indefinitely (unless you live there again) is this still correct and current?
If I'm unable to locate these files, do you know if CIC will have a record of this in the system?
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Donna
