I have one year Canadian experience as a data engineer. I was laid off few months ago but I had one year of work experience. I have been working at another company as a data engineer for 6 months now. I applied for express entry and received an ITA under FSW. My current company gave me a very detailed reference letter but the previous one is unwilling to give me one, and their offer letter doesn't have the role description either. I have T4, all my paystubs and my Record of Employment from Service Canada. Considering that my express entry profile was based on this one year work experience, what do you think I should do? Do you think T4, paystubs and record of employment would be accepted as proof of employment as a data engineer?
