This is a general reponse. It means nothing and you’ll need to wait for possible reconsideration although reconsideration is not a formal process and not common for TRV. Most just need to reapply.

Doesn’t even mean your file has been re-opened. Agree that you should reapply unless you made a strong argument for an error in law. There are no timelines for reconsideration.

I received the acknowledgement before on july 11th when i submitted the request. This message is received almost after two weeks

Because it can take weeks for the webform to even be acknowledged due to high volume.

One was an automated response and other was acknowledging the request for reconsideration. In general unless IRCC made an error you should reapply
