Reconsideration request via Email

I submitted a reconsideration request for visitor visa for my parents last week following this https://www.holthelaw.com/blog/prepare-a-reconsideration-request-visa-refusal?rq=reconsideration tutorial via IRCC webform.
Since there has been no communication from IRCC I am thinking of also reaching them out via email. Is there any email to reach out IRCC in this regard?

There is no IRCC email.

There are no timelines for reconsideration so would not expect a response within a week.

No, there isn't. Webform is the right / only way to do it. It may be a few weeks before you hear anything back.

Hi, I'm going to submit a reconsideration request, how long should one wait? I understand IRCC doesn't have to reopen the file or even reply, will 6 weeks or 8 weeks be enough time to wait?
