Hi, I am refused for the reason "your qualifications does meet job requirements". I had applied for the Live in caregiver (LCP) work permit. When i got the CAIPS note VO has mentioned that transcript for the Live in caregiver certificate was not attached. My course was for six months classroom training and institute does not provide any transcript or mark sheet. I only got certificate of successful completion of my course which was attached to the application. Now, I submitted reconsideration to the Program manager on Jan 31st, 2017 and still waiting for an answer.
My question is do they reconsider? cause my LMIA expired Nov 10, 2016 and visa refused was Nov 4th, 2016. I got the CAIPS note Dec 12, 2016 after that i collected all the additional docs and applied for reconsideration myself. Letter of support from my employer was attached to the reconsideration request that they still willing to hire me although LMIA expired.
Can you please let me know if they really reconsider, CAIPS note also showed that VO was not satisfy with my education, travel history and savings. Although all the docs were attached with the visa application to answer VO's concern but looks like he did not check properly. I was not in position to reapply since the LMIA expired so i asked for reconsideration. i added additional docs and submitted a file of 102 pages. This is the second refusal, first time they refused saying i will not go back to my country after WP finish.
