Hi everyone, my friend is trying to apply for reconsideration on her visit visa that was rejected with her spousal PR still undergoing processing. Can someone help with reconsideration link because she can not seem to find it under the webform links. If someone can outlink how to get to the link. Thank you.

There is no formal reconsideration process. You send a normal webform pointing out any errors you feel that have been made and ask for reconsideration. TRV is not guaranteed for spouses so could be refused again. In many cases it may be faster to submit a new application so additional information can be included.
thank you for your response. I just need to know under what category on the webform request webpage, there are several options but none of them mention reconsideration. After I open the webform page there are these options
1. Update or ask about your application
2. Ask about a program or service
3. Report a technical problem
4. Give feedback
5. Get helpnwith your passport application
So which one do I open?????
When I open the update or ask about your application it doesn't mention. I click on 'other' or add a document to your application???
Like that's where she is stuck?
