Hi everyone,
can anyone tell me that the program of getting PR straight after graduating (either in master or phd) still exists this year? I mean without job offers but only some majors are involved definitely. I am an external student and intend to be in canada by spring of 2019.

yes there is such thing. Master and PHD stream for Ontario PNP. (it is a paper based application). other provinces may have similar options.

But I think for 2018 Ontario doesnt have master stream anymore, its just for phd currently. how can I get the list of related majors? for ontario and british colombia?

Now Ontario does have a Master program. But it only takes 2 hours after opening to get it full.
