Recieved AOR but status shows Application Recieved from last 4 month !! for Quebec

can anybdy tell about that i hv recieved AOR 29th sept...still status shows tht APPLICATION RECIEVED ...

how much time to next process ....
and what is the next process !!!

If you look at my signature, you can find a link to a spreadsheet that has people's timelines of PR applications for CSQ holders from a couple of visa offices. Perhaps you can get an idea of how long it has taken on average to get a medical request etc. from that spreadsheet. But it all varies a lot, there is no given timeline or order of things to happen.
