Recently Moved To Ontario From Quebec - Change of Office

Some background,

I have lived in Quebec for almost 5 years, studied for 2 years and worked for rest of duration. I did apply under Mon Projet but my application was recently cancelled. Following which, my company agreed to transfer me to their Ontario office in order to give me a chance to apply under Express Entry.

While this process was going on (migrating me from Quebec office to Ontario), I applied under Express Entry while living in Quebec and received an invitation to apply. Now the situation is, I have rented a place in Ontario with 1 pay stub from new office location.

My question is, what are the chances of successfully attaining PR considering I lived in Quebec for the majority of stay in Canada and the fact that my company transferred to new office a week ago.

Also, I have a car but I don't think I'll be able to transfer the registration (or update Diving License) to new address before submitting docs (25 days left). Would this have any impact?
