Hello,
I am a Medical Student completing elective rotations in Chicago IL under a B1 Visa. I have 3 months left until graduation and I will spend all of these in Chicago after which I will return to Canada.
I wish to sponsor my spouse (recently arrived PR who I sponsored) to accompany me to the USA as a B2 visitor for these 3 months. She has had 2 previous refusals for B2 visas to visit me in the USA while waiting for our Canadian PR to be approved... I have the following concerns:
Is there any chance that this B2 visa would be approved now?
Should we apply together? Or should I attain my B1 visa and then have her apply separately afterwards?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks
