today I have seen my ECAS status showing 4th line update which is of bit surprise for me as it's related to February 6th 2015... It says:
"We sent you correspondence on February 6, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required"
While I got letter from VO asking to resubmit photographs of myself and dependents on February 6th which I submitted in next few days. Please help me getting clarity on this. Is this normal? should I write them that information asked in Feb 6th letter already been submitted via courier to them? or should I ignore as they perhaps updating status bit late? Would really grateful to earliest response. Thanks
